Flu shots at our clinic…What you need to know!
Los Barrios Unidos Community Clinic wants to help protect you and your family against the flu. Please check this website regularly for up-to-date information about the availability of flu shots at our clinic.
If you have an appointment with one of our doctors, please be sure to ask about your flu shot!
If your child is 6 months of age or older and has not had a flu shot, you may walk-in for his/her free flu shot.
The nasal flu vaccine for children is currently available at our Grand Prairie clinic, the Grand Prairie Community Health Center. No appointment is needed and the nasal flu vaccine is free.
Adults 18 and older may get their flu vaccine during a regular doctor’s appointment or they may walk in and ask to have the vaccine administered by a nurse without seeing a doctor. For all adults, the cost of the vaccine is $30.
