Los Barrios Unidos Community Clinic is a Joint Commission accredited organization.
The Joint Commission’s mission is: “To continuously improve the safety and quality of care provided to the public through the provision of health care accreditation and related services that support performance improvement in health care organizations.”
When any individual has any concerns about patient care and safety in the organization, that the organization has not addressed, he or she is encouraged to contact the organization’s management. If the concerns cannot be resolved through the organization, the individual is encouraged to contact the Joint Commission.
The public may contact the Joint Commission’s Office of Quality Monitoring to report any concerns or register complaints by either calling 1/800-994-6610 or emailing complaint@jcaho.org.
